During the second week of his school-time Evan learned about vehicle. After introducing various vehicles thru pictures for two days, the teacher concluded the vehicle lesson by presenting a real one at the end of the week. The vehicle chosen was... a tank! Yes, a military tank. Interesting choice isn't it? No, the tank didn't come to school, instead the class went to an army base to see them.
The trip to Kostrad (Indonesian Army's Strategic Reserve Command) base was held on Friday, January 30. The students were greeted by friendly soldiers who patiently accommodated these little learners' demands throughout the visit.
