This is going to be a very long post because I owe so many awards and tags and will post all of them here. But before I start, I want to thank Elizabeth, Enchie, Maria, Pushhyarag2000 and Tetcha for passing these awards/tags to me. Please excuse the long delay, I believe some of you have given the award/tag since two weeks ago.
Ok let's start with the awards first...

Honest Scrap Award Rules:
When accepting this auspicious award, you must write a post bragging about it, including the name of the misguided soul who thinks you deserve such acclaim, and link back to said person so everyone knows he or she is real.
Choose a minimum of 7 blogs that you find brilliant in content or design. Or improvise by including bloggers who have no idea who you are because you don’t have 7 friends. Show the 7 random victims’ names and links and leave a harassing comment informing them that they were prized with “Honest Weblog.” Well, there’s no prize, but they can keep the nifty icon. List at least ten honest things about yourself. Then, pass it on!
10 honest things about me:
- I'm bad in handling awards/tags. That's the first honest thing I want all of you to know. It doesn't mean I don't appreciate people who awarded or tagged me. I just have a bad habit in delaying or breaking the award/tag's rules :)
- My favorite color is purple. If you wonder why that color doesn't show up here, that's because my son loves blue.
- I used to be a picky eater (much better now) and I'm married to a picky eater. As a result we have a super picky eater son.
- I don't like spending the whole weekends/holidays at home. I will make plan to go out with my family.
- I like to plan ahead about anything even for little things. For example I have to know which restaurant we're heading before we go out to eat. I don't like words like "we'll see when we get there"!
- Before I have kid, I couldn't stand any mess in the house. Every room had to be clean and tidy. Everything had to be in place where it should be and I would snap on anyone who dared to remove them without my permission. But motherly love conquers all!
- I'm considered myself as a perfectionist at work (not when I'm blogging). I will check and recheck every little detail and make sure every task, either mine or others, is neatly and thoroughly done.
- I can't hide my emotions even when I try to. People will easily see me happy, sad or upset. There are times when I do purposely show others that I'm upset about something.
- I use Evan's Mom as my profile name because I want to be identified as a mother. It helps me to remember to think twice before saying anything either, sometimes I fail though. Anyway, my real name is Eloni and my friends call me El. All of you can use any of those three names to call me :)
- In real life I can talk about law, airplane (the real one not the toy!), business, gadgets, computer hardwares or softwares, cars, etc. However, I will not do that here since I'm focusing myself as a mom who blogs about her kid. Sadly, I read too many bloggers misjudge, even scorn on mom/SAHM/WAHM blogs, but I don't care! I believe everybody has the right to choose their own topics to blog, whether it's about family, cats, dogs, foods, religions, coupons, beads, etc.
That's it my 10 honest things, now it's time for you to share yours.

The rules for this award are:
1. Put the logo on your blog or post.
2. Nominate 10 blogs which show great Attitude and/or Gratitude (If you don't have 10, it doesn't really matter.)
3. Be sure to link to your nominees within your post.
4. Let them know they have received this award by commenting on their blog.
5. Share the love and link to this post and to the person from whom you received your award.
I think all of you deserve this award since you already show a great attitude by reading my post.

Rules Of The Tag:
1. Make a list of what you want on your birthday
2. The list should be 10 numbers
3. Post the image of this award in your posting
4. Give it to 10 friends of yours.
This one is unique because Enchie was tagging my son, so last Sunday I asked Evan what he wanted for his 4th birthday. His answers were actually vary from time to time throughout the day, but I can summarize them into this list:
- A Batman or Superman toy that can fly (I have no idea what they looks like, and thank God I still have 8 months to find out)
- A big version of Gordon (in case you don't know, Gordon is a friend of Thomas the Tank Engine. We've been looking for it since Christmas but could only find a small one)
- A birthday cake with Batman character on it (I don't know why he mentioned about Batman twice)
- No birthday party (Hmm.. interesting, but I think I will prepare a surprise party for him anyway)
This is actually fun and I probably will ask him again later to see if the list can grow or maybe he will change his mind on certain things. I think all of you should try this with your kids!

RULES: People who get tagged need to write a blog post of 6 weird things about them as well as state this rule clearly. In the end, you need to choose 6 or more people you know to be tagged and list their names. Don't forget to leave a comment that says "you are tagged" in their comments and tell them to read your blog.
Now I'm not sure whether these are weird or not, so I just list them here then all of you can tell me which one is weird according to you :)
- I only watch TV shows on weekends. For some people TV is something they just "can't live without", but as you see I'm still alive!
- I prefer to talk about gadgets or computers over jewelery or celebrity gossips.
- I only used one third of my maternity leave. My family was surprise and not fully supportive when I started going to the office 3 weeks after delivery.
- I don't have any favorite actors/books/movies. I do watch movies but don't have any particular idol.
- I'm a Nokia mania. For the last 8 years I've used 28 types of Nokia cellphones. In case you're wondering, NO I don't own Nokia shop nor get discounts from them :(
- Some people oftenly fail to say my name for the first time. Names like Eleni, Elani or Leoni seems more familiar to them rather than Eloni, the correct one.
Now, I'm sure all of you have weird things to share too, so do share them to us.

I accepted the invitation. It's quite easy to be done. All I had to do was answer these 5 questions and copy the result here. This is the result.
Your Word is "Fearless" |
![]() You believe the biggest risk is being afraid and missing out on something amazing. Sometimes your fearlessness means you're daring. You enjoy risky activities. And sometimes your fearlessness means you're courageous. You're brave enough to do the right thing, even when it's scary. |
I saw Pushhyarag2000 also did the How Addicted to Blogging Are You? quiz, and I decided to try that one too. Here's the result:
That's it my longest post ever! (Hmm.. I think I've said that before when posting my previous batch of awards) I hope I don't make too many mistakes.
Thanks again for the awards and tags :)

Eloni! I like your name.. it is so unique.. and I know the feeling of people not saying it right the first time..
